GF County Sheriff Extends Burn Ban

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - The emergency ban of open flames put in place last Friday and was set to expire at midnight. But it has been extended until further notice because of the abnormally dry conditions.

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - The Grand Forks County Sheriff's Department has extended a burn ban for the county.

The emergency ban of open flames put in place last Friday and was set to expire at midnight. But it has been extended until further notice because of the abnormally dry conditions.

Anyone who violates the burn ban will be charged with a Class B misdemeanor and could be fined.
