FARGO, N.D. (AP) — State and federal agencies say North Dakota's per-capita personal income has risen more than 78 percent since 2000.

The Forum reports the increase was due largely to growth in the agriculture and oil and gas production.

The U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis says per-capita personal income last year in North Dakota was $45,747. That's up $20,155 since 2000.

The state Department of Commerce says all of North Dakota's industries have seen growth in the past decade and farm earnings have doubled.
