3rd Grand Forks Robbery Suspect Arrested

GRAND FORKS, ND (WDAZ-TV) - A third suspect has been arrested in connection to a Grand Forks robbery.
24-year-old Cody Boulduc of Grand Forks was arrested Tuesday on charges of robbery, burglary, two counts of aggravated assault, felonious restraint, and theft of property.
Boulduc is at the Grand Forks County Correctional Center along with the other suspects, Allen and Nathan Ratliff.
The three are accused of breaking into the mobile home of Sherman and Carmen Jones, beating them with clubs, killing their Chihuahua, “Baby,” and stealing two televisions, a small safe, jewelry and prescription drugs.
