Man Has Preliminary Hearing for Grand Forks Stabbing

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - A Fargo man was in Grand Forks County court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing on a felony aggravated assault charge.

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - A Fargo man was in Grand Forks County court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing on a felony aggravated assault charge.

36-year-old Randall Kareem Marshall was arrested at a Grand Forks apartment building in March and accused of stabbing a man twice in the leg near 12th Ave. N. and N. Washington St.

According to court documents, Marshall later admitted to police that he stabbed the man and that he was involved with drug activity that night.

Marshall has a history of drug charges and was also wanted in Barnes County on a warrant for failing to comply with court orders.

He remains in the Grand Forks County jail. His arraignment is scheduled for March 16.
