The final man arrested for allegedly robbing a Grand Forks mobile home last week had his bond set at $100,000 Wednesday in Grand Forks County District Court.
Cody Joe Boulduc, 24, of Grand Forks faces six felony counts in the case: robbery, burglary, theft of property, felonious restraint and two counts of aggravated assault.
Boulduc also had a separate $15,000 bond set for breaking the terms of his probation on felony convictions of burglary and theft of property from 2008.
Boulduc’s co-defendants, Nathan Lawrence Ratliff, 27, of Fargo, had his bond set at $100,000 and Allen Joseph Ratliff, 28, of Grafton, N.D., is being held without bond.
