(WDAZ-TV) - An Oslo, MN, man was injured in a one-vehicle rollover in Marshall County on Saturday night.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 42-year-old Ruben G. Garza was southbound on Highway 317 in a 1994 Honda Accord EX when he went off the road.
The crash happened just after 9:30 p.m., near the Red River, west of state Highway 220, about 10 miles north of Oslo when the car went off the road and rolled.
Garza was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the car.
Garza was taken to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks where he remained in serious condition Sunday, according to a nursing supervisor.
The vehicle was totaled.
