Golf Club Suspected as Weapon in Killing of Fergus Falls Dog

FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (AP) — Police say someone may have used a golf club to kill a small dog at a Fergus Falls apartment house.

FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (AP) — Police say someone may have used a golf club to kill a small dog at a Fergus Falls apartment house.

The dog was killed Sunday night after it wandered out into a common area when a door was accidentally left open.

KBRF-AM reports blood and hair were on a golf club that also was in the common area. Police are processing the club for evidence.

Police have no suspects or motive for killing the dog.
