GRAND FORKS - One of the men charged in the April 30 robbery of a Grand Forks mobile home was sentenced to two years in prison Wednesday for falsifying a prescription.

Allen Joseph Ratliff, 28, of Grafton, N.D., received a prescription on Oct. 14 for 10 Loracet pills and 30 Ibuprofen pills from the Riverview Health Clinic in Crookston.

The next day, he tried to fill a prescription for 100 Loracet pills and 30 Ibuprofen pills at the Medicap Pharmacy in Grand Forks.

Ratliff still faces a rash of felony counts stemming from drug charges levied after a traffic stop in early May in Grand Forks and from the robbery.
