Police Detective David Peterson says that 37-year-old William Owens is wanted on a charge of attempted murder. Peterson says authorities believe Owens has left the area.
He is wanted in the May 10 shooting of 25-year-old Kenneth Moore Jr. Police say Moore was shot multiple times while sitting in a vehicle and is still recovering from his injuries.
Peterson declined to provide details on any relationship between Moore and Owens or discuss a possible motive.
