GF Police Seek Owner of Dog That Bit Woman Twice

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - Police are seeking the owner of a dog that bit a woman Thursday night multiple times. They ask that the owner call the police department to determine if the woman needs rabies vaccination.

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - Police are seeking the owner of a dog that bit a woman Thursday night multiple times. They ask that the owner call the police department to determine if the woman needs rabies vaccination.

On Thursday night between 9 and 10 p.m., the woman said she was walking near Century Elementary School at at 3351 17th Ave. S. when she was bit by the dog twice.

The dog then jumped into the back of a car in the parking lot on the south side of the school and a heavy black leather leash came off of the dog.
