Emergency street repairs have closed one of the northbound lanes of the Columbia Road overpass in Grand Forks, the city reported Wednesday afternoon.
Northbound traffic on the overpass has been reduced to one lane, beginning just north of the DeMers Avenue exit off Columbia Road. The lane will remain closed until the repairs are completed.
