Imagine weathering the blizzard in a rural area....and then losing power.
Workers in the Nodak Electric dispatch center say currently about 400 customers are without service. 321 customers have no power because of a problem with the Minnkota transmission line feeding the area. Other areas affected are the Sharon area, north of Adams, Southham area, and east of McVille. Ice is responsible for snapping power lines in those areas.
Nodak say most power should be restored to home sometime tomorrow.
