GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A Larimore man accused of choking the mother of his children has pleaded not guilty to attempted murder.
Twenty-three-year-old Kermit Dumarce on Tuesday also pleaded not guilty to terrorizing and three misdemeanor counts of violating a no-contact order.
