POLK COUNTY, MN (WDAZ-TV) - Authorities have seized more than 330 marijuana plants and five firearms from a home in rural Trail, MN, in Polk County.
48-year-old Matthew Edwin Clark and 48-year-old Darla Jean Midbo, both of Trail, were arrested after police executed a search warrant at 17504 360th Avenue SE.
Clark is charged with attempt to commit controlled substance crime for the alleged manufacture and sale of the marijuana plants and failure to affix tax stamp.
Midbo is charged with controlled substance possession in the fifth degree.
The Pine to Prairie Drug Task Force, Polk County Sheriff's Office and Crookston police are all involved in the ongoing investigation.
