A Grand Forks woman who police say played a pornographic movie on a TV out her window will not have to spend any time in jail.
Nicole Altendorf was charged with assaulting a Police Officer, contact by bodily fluid, preventing arrest, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She pleaded guilty to 3 of the counts and 2 were dimissed.
In mid-October, Grand Forks police were called to 802 Stanford road after getting calls about the pornographic video playing in the window.
Lake Agassiz Elementary school is across the street.
When police got to her home Nicole Altendorf refused to let officers in and would not turn the movie off.
Authorities say Altendorf bit an officer's arm and kicked him several times as he tried to arrest her, and that in the squad car, she spit in the officer's face.
As part of a plea agreement, Altendorf was sentenced to 30 days in jail with that time suspended.
She will also be on probation for a year.
