Students in 'My SPA' Program Perform

GRAND FORKS (WDAZ-TV) - Members of the 'My SPA' group showed off the hard work they've accomplished so far this summer. It's part of the annual Summer Performing Arts program in Grand Forks.

They performed on stage Friday at Red River High School with several dance and song numbers in costumes they made themselves.

The My SPA group is a little more laid back and includes students with special needs.

This is the program's second year.

"Specifically designed for drama experience and the last couple of years, we've focused on students with special needs and to give them an opportunity to perform as well," SPA organizer Dean Opp said.

This Grand Forks SPA company will also be busy this weekend as they put on the play Oliver!
