GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A North Carolina-based company wants to build housing in Grand Forks that would be marketed to University of North Dakota students.
Campus Crest Communities of North Carolina proposes 12 three-story buildings that could house 600 tenants, just north of the Alerus Center and southwest of the UND campus.
The Grand Forks Herald reports (http://bit.ly/O3wrpM ) that city planners have recommended the City Council give zoning approval for the project.
