PEMBINA PORT OF ENTRY (WDAZ-TV) - Officers at the Pembina port of entry recovered a stolen ATV during an export attempt to Canada on July 15.
The ATV was seized but the owner or exporter was not arrested.
Officers found the 2009 Yamaha Grizzly ATV with other used ATVs and dirt bikes that were being exported to Canada by a commercial carrier. The stolen ATV was from Houston County, TX.
The Pembina County Sheriff's Department took custody of the ATV until it can be shipped back to Texas.
