Biden, Romney in Minnesota this Week

Minneapolis, MN (WDAY TV) -- Both Vice President Joe Biden and presidential candidate Mitt Romney are making stops in Minnesota this week.

Biden appeared at a 'grass roots' event at the Depot in downtown Minneapolis, speaking about the economy, creating middle class jobs and paying down the debt.

Then he was off to Rochester to speak at the Olmsted County Fairgrounds.

The head of the Minnesota GOP says democrats aren't spending enough time on the issues. Pat Shortridge says, "they talk about the vice president's gaffes and boo boo's rather than the Obama agenda of cap and trade and the failed stimulus and bailouts and really an agenda that's failed Minnesota fairly dramatically."

Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney will be in Minnesota for a fundraiser Thursday.
