Newly released documents show the University of Iowa rejected the suspect in the Colorado movie theater shooting rampage from a graduate neuroscience program last year.
Newly released documents show the University of Iowa rejected the suspect in the Colorado movie theater shooting rampage from a graduate neuroscience program last year.
The school's program director warned colleagues after a visit by James Holmes not to admit him under any circumstances. Holmes later enrolled as a first-year PhD student at the University of Colorado, Denver. He's accused of killing 12 people and injuring 58 others.
