Former President Bill Clinton delivers a much-anticipated speech tonight at the Democratic National Convention.

The theme of the convention is "forward" but Democrats are looking to the past and hoping some of the former President's popularity will rub off on the current one. Even before he speaks tens of thousands of Obama supporters in Charlotte are disappointed. The threat of severe weather forced the President to cancel Thursday's large outdoor speech and move it indoors to a much smaller arena. As many as 74,000 were expected to attend. ABC coverage of the convention tonight begins at 9 o'clock.
