Devils Lake Thanks Hoeven, Congress for Support in Fighting Floodwaters

The fight to fix flood damage in Devils Lake has been time consuming and costly to the tune of nearly $1.5 billion.

Local officials say they can't fight the flood themselves and now they're taking time to thank their partners in the fight. When senator John Hoeven visited Devils Lake city leaders made sure he knew how much congressional support means to them and the flood fight. Adam Ladwig reports.
