After being disqualified from appearing on the November ballot Roland Riemers, a libertarian now running as an independent with Anthony Johns, is back on the ballot.

Riemers submitted more than 1,100 signatures to the secretary of state and the two names are now on the ballot. He was first disqualified after his former running-mate Richard Ames failed to file his paperwork properly. Now Reimers is suing the state to remove his Republican and Democratic opponents because he claims their paperwork was also faulty. That trial is scheduled for tomorrow.
