A bomb threat caused quite the scare this morning at the Grand Forks International Airport.
At about 9:40 this morning the airport authority received a bomb threat at the Byron Dorgan Terminal. Police aren't saying how the threat came or who it came from. The only information being released at this time is that there was a bomb threat made and the airport authority evacuated the terminal building. Passengers were taken next door to the flight support building for about two hours to ensure their safety. After authorities gave clearance passengers returned to the terminal, with heavy police security.
As a result of the threat one flight was delayed but authorities say they don't expect any further delays.
