UPDATE: Victims of Devils Lake Accident Identified

Two members of the Kentucky National Guard have been identified as the victims of a car crash in Devils Lake.

Two members of the Kentucky National Guard have been identified as the victims of a car crash in Devils Lake.

Police say 23-year-old Jason Burnette, of Manchester, Kentucky and 31-year-old Ronald Forsyth of Owen-ton, Kentucky died early Thursday morning when the car they were in left a roadway in Devils Lake and slammed into a tree. Two other Kentucky men in the vehicle were treated at Mercy hospital for injuries and released. Authorities did not immediately determine who was driving. The four soldiers were training at the North Dakota National Guard's Camp Grafton facility south of Devils Lake.
