Grand Forks Saves Money on Mosquito Control this Summer

Low mosquito numbers this year have meant big savings for Grand Forks mosquito control. This is the first year since 2006 the city hasn't had to do a single city-wide spray and being late in the year it looks like mosquito control will start wrapping up their work. David Schwab has more.
