Despite an appeal to the state supreme court, It appears North Dakotans won't be voting on legalizing medical marijuana this fall.

The court refused to put the initiative on the November ballot. Secretary of State Al Jaeger wouldn't put the proposal on the ballot because of what he said was evidence of petition fraud.

Several members of NDSU's football team are accused of forging signatures. Medical marijuana supporters say they're disappointed that "a lot of work went down the drain."
