UND Students Raising Texting While Driving Awareness After Loss of Fellow Student
After losing a fellow classmate in a texting while driving accident some UND students are raising awareness with a 5K walk/run.
After losing a fellow classmate in a texting while driving accident some UND students are raising awareness with a 5K walk/run.
Nicollete Wolf-Leader was killed in a car accident while texting and driving on December 27th near Brookings, South Dakota. The UND student has two children and fellow classmates want to raise money for a college scholarship fund. The walk/run will start in University park Saturday at 10 am And last until 3 pm The cost is 15 dollars to participate. There will also be testimonials, bouncy games for the kids and informational booths.
