Crookston Man Recovering After Being Hit by Train Saturday

A Crookston man is recovering from injuries he received when he was hit by a train.

Police were called to the railroad tracks north of a bridge over West 6th street just before 5:30 Saturday evening. They found 32-year-old Bobby Ramirez with severe injuries to his leg and other injuries. He is in stable condition at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks. The accident remains under investigation.
