Heitkamp, Coons Hear Worker Concerns at LM
Several politicians are working to prevent one of the city's largest manufacturers from cutting more than half its workforce.

Several politicians are working to prevent one of the city's largest manufacturers from cutting more than half its workforce.
Today U.S. Senate Candidate Heidi Heitkamp and U.S. Senator Chris Coons, who sits on the Energy and Natural Resources Committee, toured LM Wind Power and talked about workers concerns. Heitkamp and Coons would like to see the production tax credit renewed and extended to keep companies like L M continue to grow. Coons says they need to set ground rules, give predictability to the business and provide supports to keep it growing.
