The storm brought more than just snow and a rough commute for people across the Red River Valley - power outages continue to be an issue almost 17 hours later.
The outages range all the way from the Canadian border to Crookston and are widespread throughout. Officials from PKM say depending on the wind in the next 48 hours workers may continue to have problems fixing downed power lines. Melanie Orlins has more.
