City leaders in Rugby, North Dakota are dealing with a housing shortage and limited space. They say it's a direct link to the oil boom in the western part of the state.

The town is seeing an influx of people and city leaders are trying to keep up with the traffic while taking steps to make newcomers feel welcome. Rugby's mayor says the population boom took city leaders by surprise but that it's a good problem to have. The city also became a landing spot for several former Minot residents who were displaced by last year's flood.
