Students Face Cooler Temperatures Inside Lake Region State College

There's been a chill in the air at Lake Region State College in Devils Lake with temperatures dipping to the low 60s indoors the past few days.

There's been a chill in the air at Lake Region State College in Devils Lake with temperatures dipping to the low 60s indoors the past few days.

The campus is installing new boilers to heat buildings as part of an energy improvement project but the project isn't complete. Officials say the cold weather hit much faster than they expected. Replacement heating sources were provided to residence halls Friday. Space heaters were to be delivered to other areas today.
