Two in Hospital, Home Destroyed After Furnace Explodes

A Spiritwood family is counting their blessings after a furnace explosion destroyed their home and landed two people in the hospital.

A Spiritwood family is counting their blessings after a furnace explosion destroyed their home and landed two people in the hospital.

Paul Komrosky and his father Gene suffered second-degree burns after trying to light the furnace. After the explosion the Sanborn Fire Department spent seven hours battling the resulting fire. Paul's brother, sister-in-law and their children also lived in the home. Becky Parker has more from Spiritwood.
