Inmate Who Escaped Near Cass County Courthouse Found

FARGO – An inmate who briefly escaped custody this morning near the Cass County Courthouse was apprehended about 11:30 a.m., an official said.

Officers set up a perimeter just west of the courthouse in downtown Fargo this morning after an individual escaped and were sweeping the area.

A deputy said at about 11:30 that the person officers were looking for had been found.
