A Cavalier man could spend a total of 85 years in prison for possessing pictures of sexual conduct with a minor.
Douglas Swanson was arrested Friday after police found the images. He faces 17 felony charges. A judge set bond today for Swanson at $50,000 and he's allowed to post ten percent with restrictions. Swanson would have limited travel and wouldn't be able to have a firearm, only have supervised contact with minors, no alcohol or drug consumption and would have weekly law enforcement check-ins. He was still in custody as of this evening.
