Grand Forks County Offers Early Voting Next Week

Grand Forks County residents will get a chance to cast their votes early again, starting Monday, the city said Thursday.
Polls will be open at the Alerus Center in town 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day Monday to Friday. Use the events center’s door No. 6.
On Election Day on Nov. 6, polls open in regular locations throughout the county 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. To find out your voting location go to the secretary of state’s office at vip.sos.nd.gov/WhereToVote.aspx?tab=0.
Absentee ballots are available, as always, and applications are at vip.sos.nd.gov/absentee.
North Dakota has no voter registration requirement. Voters must only be resident of the state for 30 days prior to the election. Information about identification needed on Election Day is at vip.sos.nd.gov/pdfs/Portals/id-requirements.pdf.
