Area Artist Featured in ND State Capital

An artist from Rubgy has his work hanging in the halls of the state capitol in Bismarck. Now Terry Jelsing is working on a project with hopes to help bridge cultural divides in the Lake Region.
Jelsing's work on Spirit Lake will be on display at Cankdeska Cikana Community College in Fort Totten November 14th through the 17th, and plans are being made to display it in New York City next March.
