UND Law Students Learn From Supreme Court
UND law students are getting some hands-on experience in the courtroom with the North Dakota Supreme Court. The Justices are spending a few days at the University hearing two arguments and judging a mock case.
UND law students are getting some hands-on experience in the courtroom with the North Dakota Supreme Court. The Justices are spending a few days at the University hearing two arguments and judging a mock case.
Supreme Court justices hear local cases, meet with students and even teach classes over the two days. They say it's a great opportunity to help students gain some real courtroom experience. The court will hear two of the most common cases, a criminal and a family law case.
