Lake Region Kids Get Halloween Early, Money Raised for Local Non-Profits

Halloween isn't until tomorrow but youngsters in the Lake Region got the chance to break out their costumes early. Hundreds of kids came to the memorial building for the 4th annual "Fright Night." Local non-profit groups set up games with plenty of candy and other goodies.

Halloween isn't until tomorrow but youngsters in the Lake Region got the chance to break out their costumes early. Hundreds of kids came to the memorial building for the 4th annual "Fright Night." Local non-profit groups set up games with plenty of candy and other goodies.

It wasn't just the kids benefiting from all the fun. 20 different local groups were able to raise money at the event. Organizers say the event is growing with more groups participating this year than ever before.
