Early voting isn't just popular in Grand Forks. More voters are turning in ballots early in Ramsey County than ever before.
Mail-in voting is so popular the county has closed all but one voting location for election day. More than half of likely voters have already cast their ballots.
If you have a mail-in ballot and haven't sent it in yet, you better do it soon. Ballots have to be returned to the auditor's office or postmarked by Monday, not election Tuesday, to count.
