Northlands Rescue Mission Celebrates 70th Anniversary
The Northlands Rescue Mission Celebrated a big event this evening -- its 70-year anniversary.
The mission has been providing a home for homeless people in the community since 1942. Tonight it’s hoping to raise $70,000 dollars, with the help of many generous donations from the community. Dave Sena says the mission has on average 128 people every night, and donations are always welcome.
