Opponents of the controversial measure five say the majority of support for the animal abuse proposal comes from a radical Washington DC animal rights group.
Opponents of measure five say the proposal is too vague and could open the door for more laws North Dakotans won't want. 55 percent of voters said they'd vote for Measure five in the latest Forum Communications poll and more recent polls suggest a tighter race. Adam Ladwig has more.
