Conrad Says Super PACs Not Playing Fair

Democratic Senator Kent Conrad says some super PACS aren't playing fair in these last few days before the election.

Democratic Senator Kent Conrad says some super PACS aren't playing fair in these last few days before the election.

Conrad says in North Dakota and Montana alone more than $1 million has been spent on ads against democratic candidates but he says the money is coming from anonymous, secret donors. Conrad says super PACs found a loophole in the rule requiring those groups to identify donors. He says it threatens a free and fair election. Conrad says the group Freedom Fund North America is putting all the money into these ads. It was created only recently and didn't put out a single ad until after the last disclosure date.
