Lancaster Man Faces Child Solicitation Charges
A Lancaster man is facing charges after soliciting a young girl for sex.
A Lancaster man is facing charges after soliciting a young girl for sex.
48-year-old Dean Lyberg has been charged with solicitation of a child to engage in sexual conduct.
The Kittson County Sheriff's Department says a family member of the girl filed a complaint with them on December 7th.
Lyberg faces up to 3 years in prison and a 5-thousand dollar fine if convicted.
