Fisher Teen Enters Plea in Sexual Assault Case

A Fisher, Minnesota teen has plead guilty of sexually assaulting two kindergarten students.

A Fisher, Minnesota teen has plead guilty of sexually assaulting two kindergarten students.

18-year-old Jarrin Boucher was charged with three counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct for inappropriately touching a 5-year-old girl in the classroom where he was helping a teacher. Boucher had previously been charged with first and second degree criminal sexual conduct for inappropriately touching a 6-year-old girl in the same class. Boucher plead guilty and could serve up to 30 years in jail, receive a $40,000 fine or both for each count.
