Some are calling it a breathtaking leap forward -- North Dakota voters elected the state's first openly gay legislator. He's Democrat Josh Boschee from North Fargo, who was elected as a representative in the state's house.
Boschee says he'll report to Bismarck on January 7th, working a grueling 80 days to bring North Dakota closer to progress, fairness and equality. Kelsey Roseth has more.
