Prosecutors are arguing Dr. Jon Norberg tried to obstruct the legal process before his criminal case ever made it to trial.
Norberg is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting his wife Dr. Alonna Norberg using propofol. The defense wrapped up cross examination of Alonna claiming her sexual assault allegations are a set-up, claiming she wants her current divorce battle to end in her favor so she can gain custody of her three children. Kay Cooley reports.
