Drayton residents are getting a first look at a proposed dam at a town meeting tonight.
The $9 million project is part of an environmental flood control feature of the proposed Fargo-Moorhead food project. The public meeting will begin with an open house at 6:30 p.m. at Hastings Landing Restaurant. David Schwab has more.
