UND unveiled a nearly $1.2 million classroom today. The "Scale-Up" classroom is changing the way instructors teach, and the way students learn.
UND unveiled a nearly $1.2 million classroom today. The "Scale-Up" classroom is changing the way instructors teach, and the way students learn.
The new classroom at O'Kelly Hall has multiple video screens, computers and instead of teaching through lecture there are more hands-on activities in the classroom. More than 150 colleges in the US have adopted the Scale-Up model. UND hopes to add more classrooms like this in the future. Lezlie Johnson has more.
